2005-2007  BAIN & COMPANY – Consultant                                                                                           San Francisco, CA

·   Advised largest West Coast stevedoring company on strategic growth initiative. My analysis identified optimal maritime carriers for future partnerships and provided the first-ever sizing of 5 markets worth $550-800M, with a $30-55M opportunity for the client.

·   Assisted private equity clients in assessing future revenue and net income potential  of targets including two deals which were executed for more than $10B

2003             WELLS FARGO SERVICES CO.– eBusiness Systems Consultant                                 San Francisco, CA

·   Managed 12-member team assigned to develop and implement new in-house software development platform. Result: Open source development saved ~$1.5 million in annual license fees and support contracts and standardized software development for WFSC.

·   Mediated multi-team roundtable which coordinated project release schedules, evaluated customer requests, and resolved cross-team issues.

 

2002             DIGITALTHINK INC.– Consultant                                                                                          San Francisco, CA

                      Managed international team in development and quality control effort for learning management system. Result: Delivered pilot product which supported 93,000 employees within customer’s training program.

 

1999-2001 ecHUB (OpenShelf.com)– Software Architect                                                                 San Francisco, CA

                      Online order fulfillment, payment, and claims processor based in Atlanta, GA. OpenShelf.com, a sales and service software developer, was acquired by ecHub in April 2001.

·   Led joint Atlanta / San Francisco product line integration team during $7 million merger between ecHub, OpenShelf, and Vector Development.

·   Authored business plan with co-founders. Provided technical expertise during business plan pitch for venture capital backers. Result: Company secured more than $5 million in financial backing.

·   Identified and hired new employees and managed corporate operations as company grew from three to 30 individuals with offices in San Francisco, Chicago and Washington DC.

 

1997-1999  ACCENTURE – Process Consultant                                                                                        San Francisco, CA

                      Recognized as a top performer (highest five percent) in peer group. Promoted six months early in 1999.

·   Led, trained, and evaluated off-site development team and on-site quality team for CRM. Result: Developed customized software which monitored $500 million in annual promotions for CPG client.

·   Developed and  presented specialized training course for new CRM employees.
